Acquisitions are a great PR pump when announced, but it takes on debt, dilution and reduction of cash on hand.

It’s when you show increased Sales numbers are what runs a Company stock price.


Building a Company can be ugly. And yes! Painful.

It’s why I have a few 60 day limit BIDs set starting at 1.20 and down.

I’d love a crack at sub dollar shares. This is going to Nasdaq and will be bought up by institutional investors, retirement and Pension funds.
