daman45...ZNNC, no Lazar connection.....

Is ZNNC a Lazar shell? For some reason....I recall hearing that it was but I do not see a trace of him.

As far as I am aware, there is currently no connection between ZNNC, David Lazar, or any other custodian. I think the company is active (although it would be nice to see more public evidence of that (for example, filings, PR, etc). My guess is ZNNC management probably would contest any attempt by someone to gain custodianship.

I do remember stumbling across a late 2020 or early 2021 print interview that Chairman Ryudo Nakamura did. If I recall correctly, I think the interview was primarily about Chinese culture or the relationship between Japan/China or something like that, but it did mention his involvement with Zann Corporation. That interview was extremely difficult to find (I have not been able to find it again), was spread out over many webpages that I had to keep clicking my way through, and required a great deal of manual translation on my part because the browser would not automatically translate it. But I got the impression that Zann is an active company.

Side note: Nakamura registered in 2019 and brought online in 2020 what appears to be his personal website......

A couple of years ago it looked like the company was going to come out of its semi-hibernation when there was some unusual activity on its website and social media accounts regarding its digital token/currency. The company had registered and brought online a website for that aspect of its business and even put out this video......

But the company went pretty quiet after that and never followed up any of that activity with things like press releases, filings, updates, etc. It should be interesting to see if this time the recent increased website activity leads to anything (additional corporate activity and/or a share price increase).
