I have always noticed that pps is pushed down when news is coming!

I've noticed the PPS goes down, when traders lose interest. As in moving on when no news is coming.

On the Mondays predictions rain of news "this week". On the Wednesdays predictions rain of news next Monday. Week after week the cycle repeats.
