SEC rule requiring shorts to have cash on hand to borrow and brokers to have cash on hand to cover any lent shares goes into effect on Thursday. That means that the OTC market bleed should come to an end on Wednesday. For the next 2-3 days, expect the M&M’s to be very vicious with their shorting before they are forced to either cover or recall shares loaned out that cannot be covered.
