If Ed's new venture that he is involved in has raised the kinda VC funding he claims (180m/70m) and is reasonably legitimate...I doubt they would want to fold into an entity like VIZ with the track record it has and it being associated with Ed...they have the funding to have an IPO or go the SPAC route....but to say,let's RM into our newest employees existing stock and share structure that he sent to no bid and has been dark for years....yeah,not a great start.
