Last year (2020) they filed their Annual Report (10K) on May 28th


This year May 28th is a Friday


Hopeful Management follows their yearly pattern and files on time




Regardless....Im not going anywhere and am fully loaded and in no hurry or worried about absorbing the loss if thats where this goes


But with the O/S of 305,778 shares and 56% of that held by insiders the Public Float is 135,000 shares <----- that alone is worth me holding infinitely

If this is going to trade again on a regular market.........Id expect a 100:1 forward split making the O/S 30 million


Too bad Coinbase didnt move into the shell.....lol
