I almost feel sorry for the present ARCS bagholders that were led like sheep by a very bad person but now find themselves stuck in a defunct, worthless, useless security that even its majority owner and controlling shareholder WILL NOT DARE TOUCH for the next year or 2 while litigation takes its due course and the statue of limitations are allowed to expire.

These bagholders find themselves desperate for a way out when there is none. Dumping those dead positions onto new investors isn’t likely to happen.

But the desperate ARCS comedy is good though

ARCS is dead.
