I take any "PR's" from Incapta on Twitter or OTC as positive news. As holders, we need to look at things positive, as opposed to constantly trying to find the negative. You seem to be searching for the cons. Anyone smart plays the pinkys knowing the potential of a company. The individuals looking to "flip" a day later, needs to play lotto, or play roulette, etc. I waited 2 and a half years to cash out on $7000 at .0034, while still holding over 2 million shares with a cost basis of $634. I will wait again... and I hope to "hit red/black" again. GLTA!
