Problem is, so many SH don't cast their vote which gives the BOD the right to vote their shares for them. Never heard of any mgmt people voted out at annual meetings. Sure would love to see ole chanie bite the dust and be sent packing. That news would probably be good for a 3 dollar SP increase.
