After reading the proxy...Ewww. Not only are you doubling the authorized, but they are ramping the preferred as well. I did not see, or more accurately did not take the time to read the language on the preferred, but they are never good. So looks like not only will you double your authorized, but they have more tricks up their sleeves. Along with the laydown of the stock ownership (another scary story), I would be staying away as I think you are going back under 3.00 yet again and back towards 2.00 given the upcoming dilution. 1% ownership by CEO and anemic share counts by all the leadership/C-Suite. If they truly thought they were going somewhere, they would be loading up shares and taking them as compensation....but alas, they are not; that is a story in of itself. Best of luck...looking more and more like Sigma labs investors are going to need it!
