Don't know him so I have no personal feelings towards him either way. His resume is unimpressive: "I have an engineering degree from a school in Canada, I sued some companies so now I am an expert. I was 'retained' by otcmarkets..." Were you hired by otc markets? How long were you 'retained'? What were you 'retained' for? How much were your 'retainer'fees?

These custody plays are now a dime-a-dozen they take forever when they are real, and yes the person saying they are going to take custody can pump these dump them and bleed them for all their worth. It is actually a pretty safe way to avoid prosecution for criminal securities violations for stock manipulation: "I said I was seeking custodianship and announced it. Then I was denied or changed my mind or got custody and RM'd this into a profitable laundry mat in newark.... not my fault that the ticker tanked!"

This is still in the nascent stages of the pump. I own freebies so I hope it goes up forever, and make no mistake about it many people (innocent and criminal) can make money from custodianshios, even P&Ds. I hope it is the next tsnp... but it is unlikely.

These usually tank as the days, weeks, months pass with no news.
