Sorry that is not your next event you are waiting for. This is still a great play but you have to be patient for it.
Here is a brief update on what court papers say, not gossip or made up guesses


The only update needed is in the court paperwork:
Case 21-10317-EPK Doc 47 Filed 02/26/21 Page 2 of 3 Says : The Debtors shall file a plan and disclosure statement on or before May 14 2021.


So we have about 25 days left if Our team waits to the last minute.
I don't see anything in court documents from doc 47-63 that has an update to this.
Obviously there can not be merger news until there is a settlement after that exit BK after that update OTC after that merger.

Just keep playing it up and down until the real news comes out.
