Given the FACT that a merger hasnt actually been completed and that the SEC hasnt asked anything from anyone to respond to anything this scam garbage ticker IMNP is now officially a DEAD DUCK.
There isnt a chance in hell that this scam recovers from any of this. The share price will gradually collapse post suspension and IMNP will flop around like a freshly caught dead fish until its gets SEC revoked or FINRA delisted.
