Long story short...GEGP is a shell that has been getting "cleaned up" for the last few years in hopes of a reverse merger. Ice Lounge Media struck a deal in 2018 and the deal is still being finalized. In Sept 2020 the 8K announced a "stock dividend" for GEGP shareholders, with a future filing to provide more details.

We're currently waiting for more filings to explain the stock dividend and to confirm the merger has been completed.
