Sure, "they" set up a corporation in Nevada... big whoop. The stock is tied to the bankrupt Delaware corporation, the one that is bankrupt and being liquidated. That Nevada corporation was set up just to pump the stock.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
