He has stated that 70K assets will get them cash flow positive and that they should hit that number "mid-year", so considering these funds should be enough to fund them past that point, I'd say he has said that. But we'll see.

I have more confidence in them hitting the 70K asset mark by mid-year, than I do in 70K assets actually achieving positive cash flow. IMO, I think it will be the 1st full Qtr AFTER hitting the 70K mark and it will require at least $2M/Qtr in Proj Serv rev to get there. The avg MRR/asset is the key metric to watch. It had a huge jump in Q4, but it's unclear to me if there was some seasonality affecting that.
