This offer to shareholders is very positive for several reasons:

1. On the one hand, it will increase the OS, but on the other hand there is an available chapter of $ 100,000,000. In this respect, the capital measure is not dilutive.

2. The planned investments are a necessary step for me to make the company clearly profitable.

3. The purpose is clearly defined. I especially like the fact that capital is made available here for the process.

4. This in turn is a clear signal to PM.
