Don't try to piggyback your short comments on top of my posts... their PR this morning doesn't have anything to do with how they feel about their lawsuit imho. Their PR has everything to do with capitalizing on shareholder interest so they can fund their company interests... they say as much in their PR...

I am long with 20 million shares in HCMC and pissed they busted up our price run...
