I bought at .70 because I believed in their tech concept, I believed in their revenue growth, I liked what CEO was saying and I thought Corona Virus could be a coming out party for them.

I still think their tech is good but there were a few red flags that popped up.

1. Ceo a while ago talked about Nasdaq uplisting- this still hasn't happened
2. Ceo converted funds to bitcoin then immediately sold once a fake article came put about double spend. Don't get me wrong im invested in bitcoin and love the tech and actually thought it was a good move but the fact he sold so fast showed me how little diligence he did and how impulsive and flippant he is in making decisions
3. I haven't checked most recent financial statements but two quarters ago a good portion of their revenue was from a side business like vacuum sales or something and less from the tech.

I think the company might have potential to be bought out, but given the above I am not confident in the CEOs leadership anymore. Ultimately in start up investing the people you invest in is just as important as concept.

Like I said might still be a good one but I do not beleive the risk reward tradeoff to be favorable anymore. Thanks for reaching out and let me know if you disagree. I like having educated discussions amongst people with different viewpoints.
