"that you did not pay because you took the company's money instead of paying the bills."

Worst of this whole situation...ROBERT XU was screaming at me on the phone on 4/9/2021....telling me I was CRAZY. That he could Chose from 10 other shells, and that ACCR was not his first choice. Robert XU...after he said and TEXTED THIS TO ME>...I have the TEXT....I will show it to you........ROBERT XU TOLD ME HE COULD CHOOSE FROM 10 OTHER SHELLS THAT DAY!!!!!

ROBERT XU told me I could have my money back!!!!! It was $12K, and since I had deposited MY MONEY, I could have MY MONEY BACK!!!! Now, they want to take the money from the ACCR checking account...This whole deal was done improperly, and there are serious deficiencies in the deal, and what they promised me VERBALLY is being broken.

NO DILUTION IN ACCR FROM ME....

Oh, man....I WAS "SWINDLED" and set up by MILLS...and they want to leave me stuck with the bills. I SENT THEM THE MARCH ENDING BANK STATEMENT,....oh someone PLEASE help me!!!!!

THEY ARE STIFFING ME WITH THE BILLS OF CLOSING UP THIS TRANSACTION...me, a US DISABLED CITIZEN

Here is the whole email, and it's not marked confidential....addressed only to me.

Look at the contract. You waived the conflict of interest. You were advised to get separate legal advice and you didn't. You are not going to get any more money. What you are doing is extortion. You made a deal and now you want to back out of the deal. The deal was in writing so there is no question as to what you agreed to do. There are no bills to pay except for the ones that you did not pay because you took the company's money instead of paying the bills. Robert never agreed to pay those bills. READ YOUR AGREEMENT. Quit whining and let Robert complete the process and you will be happier and better off financially when it is completed.

I have to go, and care for my wife....CANCER sucks! The JUDGE will work this out...especially about the contract signatures, or rather lack of them...lol.
