Nothing happened. Con man Dennis lied about having a large government contract for The Wall. Dennis released PRs, even did interviews with multiple news stations, got everyone hyped, then lo-and-behold no revenue ever came of it. He did the exact same thing with 3 other large contracts. All hype, no revenue, straight from his mentor Tom Scamlucci's playbook.
