Why on earth would the share price go up when the owner of the company has filed, stated, sworn to the SEC that it is defunct ?

It might rise a little due to buying pressure from former bagholders wishing to get out at the expense of new stuckholders.

No serious investor will be touching this crap. I look for a SEC delisting any day now, in my opinion.
