go to otcmarkets.com and type in the ticker symbol. Then under "security details" tab you will see Outstanding Share Count/Restricted Share Count/Unrestricted Share Count with a date next to them.

Im not sure about most investors, but this is one of the first things I look at and pay attention to. If there are more shares issued consistently that means there is more supply (i.e. dilution)..... it is usually not good to be consistently adding shares.

I really dont know much about this stock either, my friend asked me to look into it because he had bought some a while back and was looking to get out of it.
