I thought they would merge with the remaining shell for IP rights and move to the Nasdaq eventually. It was explained to me yesterday that they cant move to another state (reincorporate). I was then told that wasn't happening because there was no reason to do it but there are reasons. Different laws in different states and one of best and only time it can be done. Then I was told this is just the beginning of bankruptcy but after 2 years I think they have enough to pay off creditors and whats left will merge with one or two others companies for the remaining value and shareholders. The one explaining doesn't know whats happening in this bankruptcy or the players or why it has value.
