Management should not release news for the sole reason to manage the share price, once management goes down the path of managing the share price then the stock becomes only a stock to flip on those news events.

If you believe this stock has $5 potential as you have stated, it makes no difference if the stock retraces to .08 or hovers around .50 before that run, if it has the goods to do it, it will do it from whatever level the material news starts to flow.

But management should not do what they otherwise wouldn't just because the share price is going down
