GET THIS...On March 19th, 2021...the day of the STOCK POWER TRANSFER...I was on the phone with Robert Xu, and I specifically remember this phone call well. I filed my FORM 4 that day..and Mr. XU was screaming at me back then, "Why...why did you do this? I am trying to sell ACCR and THIS IS VERY BAD."

The FORM 4 is my ethical requirement.

We opened that day at $.035, and he commented, "THIS IS VERY BAD FOR STOCK PRICE.....now bad it was because now his Chinese friend would see the $50,000 price, and think there was something wrong with ACCR."

Robert Xu was only concerned about making his STOCK PRICE move, and also to DILUTE ACCR like crazy!!!

I have a big problem, with a new owner who seems just interested in STOCK ACCR PRICE. Seems to me, you just want to sell ACCR to your friend for $10,000,000....sell the shell to them, and you are pocketing the difference. If this is true, the PROFIT should be paid to us as a DIVIDEND...not 100% to you. And I told you, NO DILUTION...we have a 250,000,000 tag along naked short...and don't give them the shares....the new MERGER will feed the position, and they will be able to cover after all these years. BREACH OF CONTRACT....I have 4 more secrets.

I will agree to let you have it...just do the RIGHT THING!!! Proper deal structure, proper shareholder protections, PAY YOUR DARN BILLS....or let someone responsible do it like ME! oh and proper signatures. Listen, I filed my lawsuit yesterday.

STEVE MILLS....the ACCR checking account is because of 100% my donations, and they were trying to steal the last $12,000 in the account. During the merger...Robert told me that I could keep the last $12K, and I even told STEVE MILLS about it....he has memory problems. I sent you the MARCH 2021 ending checking account....come on!

See you before a JUDGE...and we can work it out before HIM.
