It's always risky, just that sometimes more risky then others ... or less risky. Nobody is feeling comfortable at index highs, not the industrials, the hegies, nor retail. If they didn't fear, then yes, they would drive index to new highs. Low volume in market tells you there's fear ... net market outflows tells you there is fear. SQQQ is always risky, always! We just have to see if there is enough fear to make it less risky.
