Recent news: Company has filed a $40,000,000 complaint against a convertible debt funder for multiple alleged federal securities laws violations. Also another $5,000,000 a few days prior. This CEO has a great track record and is fighting for shareholders! 10k released end of March and many 8ks to follow.

With the Marijuana industry taking a step forward with the 'SAFE BANKING ACT' and much more pro marijuana legislation in the works; it looks like the marijuana sector will have a boost going forward. Financial institutions will now be able to help fund these companies, which in the long could result in much more growth.

Its 4/20 today, I think we all deserve some love! PPS is around a cent right now. It hit almost .04 back in February. Was trading in 2019 at .2 cents and .6 in 2017.
