I think many of these companies exist totally as someone's imagination. Or multiple someone's imagination. Like they exist more to launder money legally. I laugh when I hear someone refer to the mgmt as the CEO or CFO. So many of these players have long histories of deceit and being habitual ripoffs but they never get prosecuted. Some of the players practically have a following like a folk lore hero. There's even an entire board on IHUB that investigates their legitimacy and track record. Yet many become serial abusers of our trust and nobody in the oversight agencies ever does anything about it. But if a retail trader or multiple traders band together, the SEC is right on them. Very rarely do the promoters and mgmt of these companies get prosecuted for dishonesty. Why is that?
