No, I am talking about the merger with a "Large Pharmaceutical Company". This is not me saying it, it was in the press release. They should have released that 8K, within 4 days, pertaining to the press release and they failed to do so, there were many red flags, many. One supposedly out fit from England, the website is clear head to toe scam. Good luck.
