Yes it seemed like an invest and pray type of stock, I like Positive timely results. The share structure really put me off. One has to think how hard is it really to keep a company utd with the SEC. It can't be that difficult. I think CEOs get lazy, if you can even call them CEOs, I call them seat warmers personally. Replaceable by faults. But this only applies to some and not to all.
