Sorry, but that ain't happening. There's not one single reason to start a new company and "merge it" with a dead, bankrupt, liquidated company, in fact it would be stupid. The scammers are using a bait and switch tactic talking about the Nevada company while trading the stock in the Delaware company that is in Chapter 7 bankruptcy and being liquidated/shut down.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
