This is solid thesis! The SCOTUS should not try to bastardize or interpret any meaning of congressional law other than if it is fully correct constitutionally. If not, who cares how small the problem, it's still a problem and they should absolutely throw the whole thing out. This especially does not pass the smell test, smells of limburger cheese and sweaty arm pit. Hold Congress to doing their job right and maybe we will get the high caliber people we need in government istead of all these useless posers.
