I'm not sure if it is a "lie" because as I can find out there is no any evidence to show otherwise since the company claimed 50% of Huge interest to a Key Weed-business US Patent!

I would just hold all my shares very tightly and patiently wait for any new development here (such as Reverse-Merger, Buy-Out, Custodianship-Taking-Over, or Go-Current).

Based on 1.5B shares Low float KGRI can Quickly And Easily hit the Penny Land should any of the above-mentioned Four catalysts happen here...

Today even a Toxic "SEC Delinquent Reporting" peer (TONR) could surge Up 200% to 0.0009 now from the Same New bottom 0.0003 v.s. this hidden gem is still trading at ridiculous low price 0.0005 now!

We just need to do what happened to TONR today: Slap out those Dirt Cheap shares at 0.0006 ~ 0.0009!

Another peer (SEEK: 8.5B shares Giant OS) has already soared to 0.0018 today from Much-Lower New bottom 0.0002!

Buying SEEK at today's high 0.0018 = buying KGRI at 0.0041 which is over Eight Times of current ridiculous low price 0.0005!

Buying SEEK at 52-week-high 0.0028 = buying KGRI at 0.0063 which is over Four Times of current 52-week-high 0.0015!

To match the Same market value with its Parent stock ITVI at 0.0019, KGRI will create a New 52-week-high 0.0124 which is 24.8 Times of current ridiculous low price 0.0005!

So KGRI is Much Much Much Cheaper than SEEK and ITVI now!
