Hundreds of thousands have died since then and schools spent what money they have on trying to stay in business.
I've tried contacting local schools and the feedback I get is that, "we don't know what will happen if we open." Will parents send their kids if they think there is a risk. To date our school district covering a population of 2 mil people has opened. Yet only 50% of the kids are attending and the rest want remote learning.
That is a reality in a Southern Conservative State. So I spoke with 3 School Districts and suggested that a demo could be arranged on a few buses and they said, "NO, not until we see a full reopening would we consider buying products for school buses".
It's valid to ask, is a complex with Movies, Soundstages, Recording Studios, Sports Complex, maybe even an EV auto dealership...really valid and worth the estimated $50 mil. I don't have an answer to that.
But if the Wiley family and Stitts family with a combined 175mil shares is willing to gamble then we either go along or we sell. A lot of people have sold. I bought some down in the .02's and I am content to wait.
