Here is reply I got

Hello,
We spoke with the sec today along with the trustees and further spoke with them last week regarding the takeover.
The suspension was likely volume and fake dd related on forums.


We have received many calls today however all we can say is we Will continue on with our plans but do not promise any timings and you are at your own risk. Germany is still active for Immune.
