this stock appears to be heavily manipulated probably by bots, being forced down to accumulate and flip. I put in some buy orders earlier today and every time I did, it seemed an automatic order was placed seconds later just 1 number higher than my order so it would not fill. Unless the automated short selling ends this will not pass .08. Great short term flip opportunity in the mean time.
