Last week the SEC reached out to the company for confirmation that
WRFX was still in business and not defunct. CEO Mick Davis stated,
"We are still in business and remain an ongoing concern".
So why does it look like they have stopped even treading water
and have assumed the 'dead man's float' position?
Whatever they have cooking could be obsolete before they get
back to the kitchen.
