Does it bother you that much?

I mean, stop the accumulation into long term hands, to provide capital for future growth, expansion, etc. Not ideal, but companies that are expanding and have a business plan for growth need capital up and beyond their profits in order to grow, especially since this is technically a start up, so to speak.
