Hilarious. Learn how trades are reported. Short Volume Has Nothing to do with Actual Shorting. Period.

MM's make a market. All computerized. There's nearly zero short interest here, the only number that matters. Fails to deliver in any OTC stocks? Damn near never. NSS? Yawn.
