There is no merging company. That's crap. Read through the Pacer documents for New Jersey Bankruptcy court case #19-13273-VFP, the company domiciled in DELAWARE that the common stock is tied to is being liquidated and shut down.

Whoever tossed that 8K in about a "new" Nevada company is liable to get got now that the SEC has demonstrated an interest in this company's stock.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
