USRM is mired in endless lawsuits and "the company" (cough cough, scratchy throat again) is a $269 a month Regus rent-a-desk and what else exactly?

NOTHING that I can see or find- lawsuits and DEFAULT DEBTS OWED and SEC DELINQUENT NON FILER STOP SIGN NOW and one bad omen after another is all I see.....WHAT EXACTLY DO THEY "DO" AS A DAY TO DAY actual "BUSINESS" now - I'd love to hear about it in great detail ?????
