How is that the rescuing companies problem? They are trying to takeover the company an. If this is the case every Q should be suspended but crooked MMs make a few calls to get bailed out.

SEc has to get investigated. Why didn’t SEc step in when news came over a month ago? Why wait till when MMs are trapped short.
