Apparently, they have approval for a Phase I-II COVID-19 study. Link. I must admit to being a little confused. This strikes me as a very big deal. But their latest press release focuses on their new hire to help guide the interactions with the FDA. And, while that is important, it seems to me that actually getting approval would be, ya know, slightly bigger news. The vague suggestion of such approvals is embedded in that release, but the precise meaning is not clear. But the link I have included here, and others, state unequivocally that they have approval for the IND. The only thing I can figure is that perhaps they are keeping the powder dry in anticipation of their return to trading, at which point they will do more of a full court PR press, with positive news on every front. But that's just a guess. For now, it seems like they have the approval for a domestic study. And if AlloRx performs as the company itself seems confident that it will, then our long wait for this to break out might be over.
