Yes its a hard wallet with ones crypto stored on the blockchain that can only be accessed through ones ledger device. Only way to access it is with ones private keys. Not sure how they could wipe out all blockchains, but even if that was possible, it wouldn’t make sense as they wouldn’t be able to implement a new digital system if that one is not functional. If everything collapses there would be all out pandemonium and war that the elite could not control. Not seeing that scenario playing out as Ive always assumed that they would bring down the old in order to bring in the new. If this really goes down lets hope they don’t allow chaos to ensue before implementing a new system. If were fortunate the transition may be a smooth one but that may be wishful thinking.
