Did you read and understand the settlement agreement? What the terms and restrictions are? Shares have been and will be issued to settle this. Lam can only recieve so many shares at a time and can't own but a certian percentage of total shares out. If memory serve my he issued $200k of shares back then. What has been done since we don't know until filings come out. We also don't know about the change in restricted and unrestricted shares which also could be part of that settlement. We all know you are butt hurt with this but lets see what comes in the filings before we try and throw water on the few flames that we have here.
