Does current S-8 clean the slate of these?

Second question is the time period expected for applicable option awardees to buy in the 6 million shares now registered?

There doesn't seem to be a time period listed on the S-8. At this time, retail investors have realistic concern of being anchored to the $1.50 PPS remains while the stock is effectively diluted. We had only 100,000 million O/S at the end of the 2021 third Quarter. The open time span an rock bottom PPS on it are disheartening.
