Snpw being insolvent since inception - not noise in my book.

I think Snpw has great value in solar - the patents, the technology etc. My concern is one of financing. If the Medi doesn’t get the green light, which I think is a real possibility, what are the financial contingencies to move forward with the solar - that is my simple question. Does one exist - I assume I am not the only one with this concern. Thoughts.
