1) the warrants are valid, your first point, is with regards to the entire conservatorship.. if you want to say the entire conservatorship was fraudulant, then sure, okay then, but the lawsuits are against the net worth sweep and reversing that, not the conservatorships.. tim pagliara addresses this in his book and so do the lawsuits, yada yada
2) that i dont know, ask a lawyer, i just know that the statute of limitations expired on lots of stuff and that's how it works, all the net worth sweep claims that have been filed are the only ones that ever will be filed.
3) i haven't studied this but they have money to do this, and yeah, sure, if fannie and freddie want to buy back 7 billion shares for $2.50 where they are now that would be $18B or whatever --- but you are completely missing the point, this is a capital raise.. that is a cost of capital, so it's never going to happen.
look, your statements reflect an understanding of the fraud that was perpetrated, but don't seem to, in my opinion, accurately reflect what is being done about it and then what is going to happen.
good luck,
note that i answered these questions, and don't 'refuse to answer questions'
and also note that you calling me a spineless dickwad is fine, but if you wouldn't mind in the future i wish you could be more creative with your name calling so that at least i would find it entertaining
