Is the suggestion here that CSP can circumvent traditional approval process required by Philippines FDA for commercialization of new drug and earn millions of dollars in sales from CYDY, anyway, without traditional approvals? It sounds far fetched that a government would allow that type of circumvention of their laws. Bureaucrats do not appreciate being mocked and can be vengeful on those attempting to marginalize them.
